Our Food Philosophy
- Gentle Foods: Mama’s organs are still settling back into place after making room for a baby. Gentle, slow-cooked foods like soups, stews, and mashes support digestion and allow the body to focus on recovery.
- Premium Quality: Organic produce is exclusively used in our food to protect mama and baby from hormone-disrupting chemicals during this critical hormone-dependent period. Organic / pasture-raised meat proteins are sourced whenever possible to maximize nutrient density and optimize omega fatty acid ratios.
- Purposeful Ingredients: Drawing on Eastern and Western postpartum wisdom, each ingredient is chosen to support mama’s recovery and baby’s growth with a focus on lactation support, anti-inflammation, digestive support, and tissue repair. Milk-hindering ingredients are intentionally excluded to protect lactation.
- Convenient Nourishment: Meals arrive fully cooked and frozen, making it easy to stock up so anyone can simply reheat and serve.

Allergens
Our kitchen works with a range of nourishing ingredients, some of which are common allergens. Because of our shared preparation space, we’re unable to guarantee that any meal is completely allergen-free. If you or a loved one has allergies or sensitivities, we’re always happy to talk through ingredients and help you choose what feels best.
Delivery & Shipping
Items are available for free delivery in San Francisco, CA. For shipments outside of this area, please contact us to confirm delivery availability and any potential shipping/delivery fees.
Order Fulfillment Timeline
Each order is thoughtfully prepared in small batches, and our fulfillment schedule typically runs during the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month. Because of this, fulfillment timing will vary depending on when your order is placed.
Please allow at least 7 days from the date your order is placed for fulfillment. During busier periods, fulfillment may take up to 2 weeks.
